Roles and responsibilities

  • Shall assemble and preserve record of all PTC activities.
  • Shall act as custodian of records and other materials pertinent to PTC.
  • Maintain a file of assemblies, school events, flyers, productions.
  • Shall create and update display window monthly or find a volunteer to do so (may be a board member). Post agenda and minutes monthly.
  • Help President create and update “Events” binder.
  • Shall assist with Master Calendar for following school year-to be completed by June.
  • Shall be chairperson for a minimum of two fundraisers during school year.
  • He/she will be responsible for planning and getting volunteers for those events. (see calendar)
  • Set up, work, and close every event.  If unable to attend, notify President and chairperson for that event and find replacement.
  • Minimum of two board members will count money after each event, one of whom must be President or Treasurer.
